Multiply Justice! is a movement of people who understand that social justice begins with transformed hearts and minds. People who care create justice by helping people in need. Governments can defend and promote justice, but justice is created by people in community. Changed hearts can change the world.
Multiply Justice! wants to help people understand what social justice is — and what it isn’t. We want to show the world what justice looks like when it happens. We want people to realize they can create justice and show them how to do it.
Multiply Justice! is a communications network that (1) relays the social media streams of leaders who have a heart for biblical justice, (2) shares stories about justice initiatives making a difference for individuals and communities around the world, and (3) helps people find resources and opportunities for engaging social justice issues in their communities and abroad. The sparrow in our logo is a messenger. Known traditionally as a bearer of wise words, the Multiply Justice! sparrow brings God’s call to our generation, that we give our lives to a vision of God’s kingdom coming on earth as it is in heaven, that we love our neighbor as ourselves, that we make disciples among all the nations, that we help Jesus by helping “the least of these,” that we die to self so white fields can yield a great harvest, that we live like Jesus in the world to unleash a mighty river of justice that will never run dry. The logo was designed by Jennifer Hall of Korosho Designs.
